The Knocked Tones pack from HELIX PRESETS was created to replicate different tones for extreme metal based on the audio from Knocked Loose. Tune your instrument and perform your best breakdowns with the different variations this pack offers.
Characteristics:
You can enhance your audio with different tones for guitar and bass. Whether you're a guitarist, bassist, or producer, our tones cut perfectly through the mix and are ready to use in your live performances or productions.
Based on:
Knocked Loose Audio. You'll have two guitar presets (stock cabs / for IR usage) and one bass preset (both with three snapshots each) that offer three different intensities so you can combine them however you like.
GUITAR:
Main: Balanced distortion that will serve you well for parts where you need speed or definition. Totally versatile for any other style of metal.
Pickle: A more “broken” distortion, driven by a fuzz in front of the usual booster (TS9) to simulate the result Knocked Loose achieves with Way Huge®'swollen Pickle. When the track calls for a powerful breakdown… you’ll use this one!
Zuff: Lo-fi distortion (with a large treble and bass cut) for when you need your guitar to stand alone or to kick off a breakdown or for intros (based on the audio of the intro to the song Suffocate).
BASS:
Low Dist: Mild distortion that maintains a greater proportion of your bass's audio in the overall balance.
Mid Dist: Tight distortion that preserves the definition of your instrument. Totally versatile for clean sections as well as when the song requires more power or a bass boost.
Hard Dist: Super-aggressive, fuzz-driven distortion perfectly complemented by the B7K from Darkglass. Ideal for when the track calls for a powerful breakdown or downtempo.
